This course provides the basic knowledge needed to be a general computer technician in a vendor-neutral format. The hardware material covers PC hardware and peripherals, networks, mobile devices, virtualization and cloud computing, and troubleshooting computers, peripherals and network issues. You will benefit most from this course if you wish to further your knowledge as a computer technician. This course assumes that you have PC technical knowledge and operating system familiarity, equivalent to having been a PC technician for at least a few months. This course does not include the cost of your certification exam. Manual is included.
