Learn multiple programs, manage customer policies, input/process customer data, answering phones, calling policyholders for follow-up, proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel), organize files, manage record keeping, and other clerical duties including but not limited to filing, bill pay, and keeping office in order.
Strong organizational and analytical skills required
Strong Microsoft office, excel and computer skills required
Must have good communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
Must be able to multi-task
