PRIMARY FUNCTION – Ensure the proper enrollment and placement of students; serve as Autry Technology Center’s representative for IEP and 504 Plans; coordinate the school’s assessment; and provide career counseling for all students.
CONTRACT – 12 month
Culinary Arts Assistant
Education – High school diploma or GED.
Experience – Career training or related job experience preferred.
PRIMARY FUNCTION – Will assist the Instructor in the production of all meals, banquet functions, and special functions. Assist in the supervision of students and individualized instruction of small groups. Serve as receiving clerk for all food and supplies for the cafeteria.
Drafting and Design Instructor
Education – Degree in area of specialization preferred.
Certification – Eligible for Provisional I Certification as specified by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.
Experience – Minimum of two years of experience in the drafting industry; minimum of two years of experience in computer aided drafting (AUTOCAD); drafting in mechanical and architectural.
PRIMARY FUNCTION – Responsible for instruction, operation, and general development of Drafting and Design program.
DIRECT SUPERVISOR – Director of Curriculum
Part-Time Adjunct Plumbing Instructor
Education – High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses – Oklahoma Journeyman’s or Contractor’s License
Experience – Must have experience as a residential and/or commercial plumber
Primary Function – To instruct students in the field of plumbing for short-term evening/weekend classes.
Teaching Assistant (Welding)
Education – High School Diploma or GED with career training or related job experience.
Experience – Recent work experience in curriculum area. Must have the ability to work with students and customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
PRIMARY FUNCTION – To assist the instructor in the career and technology program
Autry Technology Center is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Adjunct Instructors in many fields. Education and experience requirements vary depending on the course content. Specific instructor needs fluctuate throughout the year;
however, we are always looking for highly-skilled subject matter experts for any of our current or future courses.
